Gliga Vasile Advanced Series Cello

This level of instrument is the first model to be crafted in the ‘inner sanctum’ of Gliga’s workshops. Outstanding tone wood applies at this level which has been naturally dried for many years. The wood is weighed and inspected regularly to gauge the rate of seasoning. The correct level of retained moisture content is vital well before the precious woods are considered for crafting.

The Gliga Vasile is regarded by many in the trade as a superb instrument for the accomplished player allowing the local dealer to use a variety of components such as bridge type, soundpost positioning and strings to customise it to suit the player’s individual needs.
